Storage: All componentes must be stored at room temperature, except Proteinase
K, which must be stored at -20 °C after first use and Carrier, which must be stored at
-20 °C after resuspension in Nuclease-free Water.

Description:
DNA/RNA viral purification kit “Pi-Clear nucleic acid purification kit – DNA/RNA Viral”
was designed for rapid and high purity isolation. It is validated for sputum, liquor,
swab, semen, whole blood, blood plasma and blood serum. The method is based on
silica column adsorption, with 4 steps: sample lysis, binding, washing and elution.
The handling is safe, without use of toxic solvents..

• Lysis Buffer;
• Proteinase K;
• Carrier (before use, resuspend in nuclease-free water, as indicated on thebottle and manual);
• Wash Buffer 1;
• Wash Buffer 2 (before use, add 96 – 100 % ethanol, as indicated on the bottleand manual);
• Nuclease-free water;
• Columns + collection tubes;
• Recovery tubes (1,5 mL)..
