Description:
Total RNA purification kit “Pi-Clear nucleic acid purification kit – total RNA” was designed for rapid and high purity isolation. It is validated for cells (suspension, monolayer and pellet) and animal tissues. The method is based on silica column adsorption, with 4 steps: sample lysis, binding, washing and elution. The handling is safe, without use of toxic solvents. For each sample, 12 minutes are required for the
purification process.

• Lysis Buffer;
• Wash Buffer 1;
• Wash Buffer 2 (before use, add 96 – 100% ethanol, as indicated on the bottle and
manuals);
• RNase-free water;
• Columns + collection tubes;
• Collection tubes (1.5 mL).
