Pi-Lise Extraction Reagent provides a quick and simple way to prepare genetic
material for PCR analysis. The extraction of genetic material is obtained in a single
step with heat treatment to break down cell tissue and degrade inhibitory compounds
for amplification. After reagent addition and heat treatment, the sample is ready for
PCR. The reagent can be used to accelerate research processes, especially those
focused on molecular biology. Pi-Lise is ideal for qualitative analyzes using
hydrolysis probes such as TaqMan (TaqMan-based RT-qPCR, presence/absence of
genes, etc.)
